The brief “lost and found” was set by i - dott, an annual wallpaper design competition

The brief was to explore flowers and florals outside of their comfort zone,

mixing mother nature and man made surfaces and textures,

exploring botanicals and flowers in unlikely places.

 

I was inspired by peeling paint found on the side of a local building and the

vision of how the peeling paint could reveal a floral pattern underneath.

​

My final wallpaper design combined a variety of techniques including photography, scanned in objects and a range of drawing techniques to create the exciting design.

My design came 3rd Place in Category 4: Lost and Found

which was sponsored by Graham and Brown.
